Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations requested before your order ships are generally processed free of charge.
- If payment has already been processed, we can still attempt to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. In this case, cancellations may be subject to a 6% cancellation fee (higher fees may apply for PayPal or Affirm payments).
- Pre-orders, custom-built humidors, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Special promotions, flash sales, or limited-edition items may also be non-cancellable.
Please reach out during business hours by phone, email, or chat. The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of stopping the order.
Returns and Refunds (Non-Custom Orders)
You may request a return for non-custom items within 20 days of delivery if the product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition (buyer’s remorse / change of mind).
- Contact us at [email protected] to request a return.
- All returns must be pre-approved.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and in perfect resalable condition.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, less a 30% restocking fee.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Custom, Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Custom humidors, personalized items, pre-orders, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once the order is placed, as these items are built specifically to your specifications.
However, all custom products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects (typically at least 1 year). Please refer to the individual product page for specific warranty details.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
- Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the damage, the product SKU, and a description of the issue.
- We will work with the carrier and manufacturer to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund where possible.
If an item malfunctions after opening and use, it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. We will help coordinate with the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times listed on product pages are estimates only and may change due to factors beyond our control (manufacturer delays, high demand, carrier issues, etc.). Delayed delivery alone is not grounds for cancellation or refund.
Exchange Agreement & Important Notes
By placing an order with Lucky Duck Humidors Etcetera, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for inspecting the delivery upon arrival and noting any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or Proof of Delivery (POD).
- If damage is found, you must contact us within 24 hours with photos.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier after the order leaves our warehouse.
- All sales of custom and made-to-order items are final.
Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Please contact us first if you experience a problem. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your account being restricted.
Warranty
Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. Please check the individual product page for warranty details or contact us for assistance. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover shipping damage or misuse.
